Managing Director

Rebecca Fenton

Rebecca is a key part to the team at Hayes Medicals. As our Managing Director, Rebecca worked her way up having taken on various roles and responsibilities since joining, which gives her well rounded knowledge of the challenges that may come the way of clients and staff alike. Her passion is to develop and build both the staff and company, including growth of not just the firms we service, but also the services we offer. A usual day could involve anything from visiting our Solicitors, discussing the potential of working with new suppliers, training with staff or analysing our reporting stats to ensure we’re continually doing everything possible to offer a high quality service. Rebecca finds it important to keep in touch with the overview of all cases types so as never to lose touch with the basics. Customer service has always been a high priority in what we do and Rebecca gives each of our Associates a more personal approach and makes sure a Solicitor or Fee Earner has their own dedicated Account Manager they can rely on for their reports. Away from the office, Rebecca enjoys travelling, swimming and walking and also socialising with friends. Rebecca has a BA (Hons) Degree in ‘Interior Architecture and Design’ through The University of Lincoln.

Operations Manager

Adam Baron

Adam started with the company in 2012 as an apprentice and assistant, and through hard work and dedication he has recently taken on the responsibility of Operations Manager, after proving his ability in expanding our busy and demanding RTA department. Adam is committed to providing the highest levels of customer service whilst still ensuring that company standards and targets are exceeded. Adam’s background lies within hospitality and retail industries, where, as a manager, he developed his passion for customer service and ensuring brand standards are maintained at the highest level. With A levels in Accounting, Business, Finance and Maths Adam has a keen head for figures and is always looking to progress himself and his team. In his spare time, Adam enjoys watching football as a Blackburn Rovers season ticket holder; he is also a keen musician and enjoys attending multiple concerts and festivals throughout the year with friends.

Clinical Negligence Case Handler

Liam Jackson

Liam has been at Hayes Medicals since October 2012 originally starting as an assistant to the then main Account Manager for IDF/NIHL; he progressed to develop his experience on Employers Liability, Public Liability & Clinical Negligence cases and is now responsible for major development of the Clinical Negligence department. He works on cases from a range of different Associates and is always looking to assist in any way he possibly can. Liam presents a friendly, motivated and positive attitude and is always looking to further his career. He has always had an eye for detail and is only happy with providing a High Standard quality of work to assist Associates to the best of his abilities. Out of work, Liam enjoys socialising with friends, playing/watching sports, gaming and trying to keep fit! Liam has completed both his NVQ Level 2 & Level 3 in Business and Administration, he also has Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport Development, Coaching and Fitness which he gained at Runshaw College, Leyland.
